Kraft Sports + Entertainment seeks a Luxury Suite Coordinator to cultivate personalized experiences for Suite Holders and rental clients. You will manage relationships, oversee suite operations, and partner with internal teams to ensure premium hospitality on event and non-event days.

This on-site role requires exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with availability for evenings, weekends, and home games to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualificações

• 0-2 years in Hospitality, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; exceptional interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for long-term suite holders and rental clients before, during, and after events.
• Build strong client relationships and address service concerns to support retention.
• Coordinate game-day and event-day suite operations to premium standards.
• Conduct pre-event inspections and address readiness with internal teams.
• Coordinate personalized suite experiences, gifts, and hospitality arrangements.
• Collaborate with food & beverage teams to fulfill catering orders and preferences.
• Work with operations, security, and other teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain CRM records and support suite renewals, upgrades, and visits.
