Sporting Kansas City is seeking a Manager, Suite Sales to lead the sale and service of premium suites for home games and events. You will manage inquiries, generate new business, and ensure a high-end guest experience for suite holders.

The role requires strong sales skills, relationship-building, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sports environment, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional sales and service experience.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Proactively prospect and sell multi-year, partial-year, and single-match suites.
• Fulfill suite holder requests via email, phone, and face-to-face, and administer invoicing and payments.
• Serve as the primary contact for suites and liaison between Services Team and other departments.
• Strengthen relationships with new and existing suite holders to create new sales opportunities, renewals, upgrades, and repeat business.
• Attend all Sporting Kansas City home games and non-soccer events; represent the club professionally.
