Job summary

Sporting Kansas City is seeking a dynamic Suite Sales professional to drive multi-year, partial-year, and single-match suite sales while delivering premier service.

You will build suite holder agreements, manage invoicing, and serve as the primary liaison across internal teams to create memorable fan experiences at Children’s Mercy Park and related events. A background in premium sports sales and English fluency are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional sales and service experience.
• Premium Sales Account Executive experience in sports preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to establish solid business relationships.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and service principles.
• Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar).

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and sell multi-year, partial-year, and single-match suites.
• Fulfill suite holder requests and manage invoicing and payments.
• Prepare suite holder agreements and update contracts and invoices.
• Serve as the primary contact for suites and liaison between teams.
• Develop new sales opportunities and drive renewals and upgrades.
• Contribute to sales/service strategies to increase retention.
