The role emphasizes guest education, high reliability, strong teamwork, and flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and some holidays, with a focus on driving loyalty and a memorable customer journey.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments where delivering a quality experience is a priority.
• A growth mindset and a passion for learning, with a proven ability to remain resilient and coachable when learning new products or processes.
• High reliability and accountability, with a record of consistent performance and strict adherence to retail SOPs.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit, ensuring goals are met through engagement and asking clarifying questions.
• A meticulous eye for detail and premium presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, individualised fan experience by mastering the Cloud CX philosophy and the 5 Steps of Service to drive loyalty.
• Support guest interactions through elevated try-on rituals and personalised product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey.
• Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory management to reflect On’s global positioning.
• Support On’s market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear communication to start and finish every shift together.
