Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn new products or processes.
• Reliable with a track record of consistent performance and following SOPs.
• Strong communication and team-first attitude; able to ask clarifying questions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium, individualized fan experience and follow the 5 Steps of Service.
• Support guest interactions with personalized product education for a seamless journey.
• Perform daily tasks with attention to detail and maintain premium visual standards and inventory accuracy.
• Contribute to community engagement and collaborate with teammates to start/finish shifts effectively.
