Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Store Leader in Detroit, Michigan to own the store's strategic vision, operations and premium fan experience. You will drive commercial results with entrepreneurial spirit, lead a high-performing team, and maintain brand standards across all touchpoints of the fan journey.

Reporting to the Area Leader, you will blend community engagement with data-driven decision making, optimise visuals, product mix and staffing to deliver WOW moments in every customer

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail leadership or store management at premium/global brands.
• Proven ability to improve operations and profitability while maintaining brand standards.
• Strong emotional intelligence and leadership with empathy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own the overall fan and customer experience end-to-end.
• Create strategies for operational excellence and profitability.
• Lead and hire for culture and capability; coach emerging leaders.
• Oversee in-store visuals, assortments and premium execution.
• Drive community engagement and local brand energy.
• Ensure attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
• Plan and deliver training to support WOW moments.
