You will cultivate a culture of empathy, coach leadership talent, and own store operations from merchandising to service standards, ensuring a WOW moment for every fan.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in retail leadership or business management within premium, community-focused brands.
• Expertise in customer-centric operations and leveraging data to build brand loyalty.
• High emotional intelligence with proactive, empathetic leadership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of business outcomes in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal and external fan experience, building a relationship-first culture.
• Create business strategies driving profitability, ops excellence, and team productivity.
• Lead community engagement to energize the local brand and elevate the customer journey.
• Set standards for premium in-store execution, from visual merchandising to product mix.
• Build and coach a high-performing team, prioritising culture and capability growth.
• Demonstrate empathy, support team wellbeing, and resolve challenges.
• Plan training to deliver WOW and master operational topics.
