At MGM Resorts International, Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse in Las Vegas seeks a qualified Cook to bring American West cooking to life with premium beef and Texas-inspired flavors. You'll work a high-volume dinner service, maintain knife skills, prep stocks and sauces, and deliver plates with pride while collaborating with a team that embodies western hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year cooking experience and perhaps formal culinary training; weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of cook experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a similar resort setting preferred.
• Formal culinary training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of premium food products and apply culinary techniques.
• Operate specialized kitchen equipment safely and accurately.
• Restock ingredients for high-volume dinner service.
• Label, date, and rotate products to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain menu knowledge and precise plate presentation.
• Assist leadership and fellow cooks during service.
• Prepare base sauces, stocks, and heritage soups.
• Collaborate with the team delivering western hospitality.
