You will lead the kitchen station, ensure precise execution, and deliver WOW dining experiences for guests in a high-energy, entertainment-driven environment.

Competenze

• Extensive culinary knowledge and masterful techniques.
• Prior experience in high-volume restaurant settings preferred.
• Formal culinary training preferred or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Master all food preparation and plating to the Four Sixes ranch-to-table standard.
• Set up and operate your station with precision according to par sheets.
• Evaluate cooked food for flavor, quality and presentation before serving.
• Maintain health, sanitation and safety standards across all prep areas.
• Assist with closing duties and station breakdown with pride and discipline.
