Ideal candidates have 1+ year cook experience and a preferred culinary background, with weekend/holiday shifts expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a cook is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of premium food products and apply culinary techniques with steakhouse precision.
• Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients for high-volume service.
• Label, date, rotate products to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain menu knowledge and attention to plate presentation.
• Assist leadership and fellow cooks in flawless service under pressure.
• Prepare sauces, stocks, and heritage soups.
• Provide western hospitality to guests and team members.
