Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant kitchen experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Formal culinary training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Master all food prep, cooking, portioning, sauces, and garnishes to standard.
• Set up and operate your station per pars and sheets.
• Taste and assess flavor, quality, and presentation before plating.
• Prepare orders with care and hospitality.
• Maintain health, sanitation, and proper food temps.
• Complete closing duties and station breakdown as directed.
• Assist chefs with tasks to keep kitchen operations smooth.
