Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas seeks a Manager – Premium Services to oversee Paiza Club lounge, Butler areas, and Luxury Services – Butler and Paiza operations. You will manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and service standards to uphold the brand’s luxury guest experience.

Candidate should have 5+ years in a supervisory role at a high-end resort, strong communication, and the ability to train staff. Mandarin skills are highly desirable and relevant certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience in a high-end resort.
• Must obtain and maintain required Nevada gaming and health/certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests and Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, approve, and post department schedules.
• Create and implement service standards and training programs.
• Control payroll costs and inventory for department products and supplies.
• Oversee payroll functions using Kronos and Virtual Roster.
• Ensure revenue is recorded accurately and guest comps are tracked.
