Midwest Shooting Center is seeking a Guest Services Manager in Lansing, MI. This full-time role focuses on driving membership growth and training sales through one-on-one consultations and premium programs.

You will lead from the front, coaching the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve conversion goals. The position offers base salary with performance incentives, comprehensive health/dental/vision benefits, and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization.

Responsabilités

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with guests to convert to memberships or training agreements.
• Drive gross training sales (GTS) through personal performance and team collaboration.
• Partner with location leadership to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
• Follow up promptly with leads, inquiries, and appointments.
• Coach and support team members in improving membership and service conversion skills.
• Participate in regular team meetings to review metrics and refine strategy.
• Track and report sales data including conversion rates and memberships.
