Midwest Shooting Center in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead Premium Services. You will manage member care from onboarding to retention, coach instructors, and ensure high-quality training experiences.

The role partners with Sales and Retail teams to drive exceptional service and loyalty. The position offers an annual salary range of $50,000–$60,000 with performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, payments, delinquency, cancellations, and renewals for accounts.
• Manage training client experience: schedule, deliver, and support sessions.
• Coach instructors to uphold safety, consistency, and professionalism.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries with proactive solutions.
• Track retention, delinquency, and satisfaction to identify improvements.
• Drive member retention and satisfaction through service standards.
• Partner with Sales and Retail/Range for smooth handoffs.
• Lead regular team meetings, performance reviews, and service audits.
