Job summary

Midwest Shooting Center is seeking an Assistant General Manager - Premium Services in Pickerington, OH. The role leads member and training client care, onboarding, account management, issue resolution, and retention, while coaching the team to deliver high-quality service.

You will drive service standards, analyze key metrics, and collaborate with Sales and Retail/Range teams to ensure seamless handoffs. The position offers a competitive salary and performance incentives with a strong growth

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer-service oriented team.
• Ability to manage onboarding, payments, delinquency, cancellations, and renewals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer focus.
• Experience coaching front-line staff to deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, account management, payments, delinquency, cancellations, and renewals.
• Manage training client experience ensuring sessions are scheduled and supported.
• Coach instructors to uphold safety, consistency, and professionalism in training.
• Respond to member inquiries with proactive, professional solutions.
• Track metrics such as retention, delinquency, and satisfaction to identify improvements.
• Drive member retention and satisfaction through exceptional service standards.
• Partner with Sales and Retail/Range teams for smooth handoffs across departments.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and service audits.
