• Conduct Sample Sessions and convert prospects into training agreements and memberships.
• Close new membership sales and manage membership appointments.
• Coach team members on the membership and premium service sales process.
• Collaborate with sales specialists to manage schedules and onboard new clients.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
• Track and report sales metrics including memberships and conversion rates.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings to align on goals.
• Partner with managers to align strategies and guest experience standards.
• Represent Midwest Shooting Center with professionalism and hospitality.
