Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Premium Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to our Premium Services clients, coordinating parking, food and beverage, tickets, and special event logistics to create memorable experiences.

The role requires insight into the entertainment industry, strong communication, organization, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to support a diverse client base and collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience in event production, PREMIUM SERVICES, hospitality, ticketing, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PREMIUM SERVICE for high-profile clients, including parking, food and beverage, and tickets.
• Inform clients about upcoming events and deadlines.
• Assist in ticket requests for Suites and Club seats.
• Prepare detailed client itineraries and ensure execution.
• Gather data and provide reports to Premium Services Manager.
• Maintain courteous, informative, and professional client interactions.
• Work with internal departments and, when needed, supervise concierges, security, and ushers during events.
• Collect information for departments such as parking logistics and guest lists.
