Job summary

Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Part Time Premium Seating Staff member to deliver outstanding hospitality and represent the venue with a guest-first attitude.

You will welcome guests, check tickets, assist with access, resolve seating issues, and help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all attendees. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Weekend/evening shifts may be required.
• Customer service and guest interaction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Premium Seating guests with friendly service during events.
• Verify entry and assist with ticketing or access issues.
• Maintain Club/Suite integrity with ticket checks as needed.
• Resolve seating disputes and report Code of Conduct concerns.
• Assist guests with ADA accommodations and directions.
• Provide information and support to guests to enhance their event experience.
