Job summary

TeamOps in Foxborough, MA seeks part-time Security Event Staff to safeguard Gillette Stadium and provide exceptional guest service. You will screen entry points, assist guests, and ensure concerns are escalated promptly to supervisors or law enforcement as needed.

Role requires standing for long periods, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and adherence to safety protocols while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor in a loud event environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Capable of following procedures and safety protocols.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fans safety and security by conducting careful entry screening and inspections.
• Conduct a secondary inspection as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.
• Conduct pat downs as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.
• Operate the Evolv Machine consistently and follow proper protocols to keep prohibited items from entering the stadium.
• Assist guests with any special requests including ADA questions or accommodations
• Commit to safety by monitoring crowd activities and report any suspicious activity and/or behavior to your area supervisor.
• Identify and elevate security concerns to your supervisor or nearest Law Enforcement Officer as needed.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
• Maintain, create and control all personally identifiable information in accordance with confidentiality and privacy standards and company policies.
