Job summary

Rand-Whitney in Foxborough, MA is seeking part-time Security Event Staff to provide safety and service at Gillette Stadium. You will help create a safe, positive, memorable guest experience across various stadium areas.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to stand for extended periods in a loud stadium environment. Hourly pay ranges from $15 to $20.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fans safety and security by conducting entry screening and inspections.
• Conduct a secondary inspection as needed to prevent prohibited items.
• Perform pat downs as required to prevent prohibited items.
• Operate Evolv Machine and follow protocols to deter prohibited items.
• Assist guests with ADA needs and accommodations.
• Monitor crowd activities and report suspicious behavior to supervisor.
• Escalate security concerns to supervisor or law enforcement as needed.
• Handle special projects and assignments as required.
• Protect confidentiality and privacy of information per policies.
