Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Premium Seating guests with exceptional service.
• Scan tickets and resolve entry issues, explain mobile tickets.
• Verify access with tickets or wristbands to premium areas.
• Resolve seat disputes with stadium security.
• Assist guests with ADA accommodations.
• Be available to answer questions and guide guests.
• Monitor safety and report suspicious activity.
• Handle special projects as needed.
