Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
• Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
• Physically able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours.

• Clean and service guest rooms and related areas per hotel standards.
• Re-sheet beds and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly.
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and proper resolution.
