Job summary

Ennismore's Delano Miami Beach is reopening in early 2026, and we are hiring a bartender to join the opening team. Under the guidance of the Assistant Bar Manager, you will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean bar, and provide exceptional guest service.

You will handle orders, manage inventory, garnish drinks, operate the POS, and coordinate with the wait staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing a wide range of alcoholic beverages.
• Garnish drinks to enhance presentation.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Garnish drinks to enhance presentation and flavor.
• Take beverage orders, process payments, and coordinate with staff for smooth service.
• Create and suggest specials to boost sales and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the bar area and restock inventory as needed.
• Operate the POS system and cash register accurately.
• Assist opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work with barback and wait staff to ensure teamwork and great guest experience.
