Delano Miami Beach is reopening in 2026 under Ennismore, delivering a luxury hospitality experience. The Delano Service Agent - PBX supports F&B reservations, managing calls, emails, and VIP arrangements to ensure a seamless guest journey across all outlets.

Under the F&B Reservations Manager, you will maintain guest profiles, coordinate with culinary teams, and uphold the brand’s high standards of discretion, hospitality, and personalized service for discerning guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, reservations, or guest service preferred.
• Experience with SevenRooms or similar reservation systems preferred.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservations, calls, emails, and online inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservation notes, allergies, and special requests.
• Coordinate with restaurant, host, and culinary teams regarding reservations, VIPs, events, and outlet availability.
• Follow reservation, deposit, cancellation, payment, and no-show policies.
• Assist with service recovery and resolve reservation-related concerns professionally.
