Job summary

Ennismore's Delano Miami Beach is reopening and seeks a Room Service Attendant to deliver seamless in-room dining with professional, discreet service. You will take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure timely, accurate delivery while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Under general guidance, you will assist with restocking and menu guidance, while upholding hygiene policies and providing a refined hospitality experience to every guest room.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage is a plus.
• Able to take orders accurately and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer in-room dining calls promptly and professionally.
• Record guest orders and input into POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely delivery of orders.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with care and presentation.
• Restock room service supplies as needed.
• Provide menu recommendations and accommodate dietary needs.
• Follow hotel health and hygiene policies.
• Maintain a clean workstation and organize menus and orders.
• Assist during peak hours with packing and setup.
