Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Store Manager in Costa Mesa, CA to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, manage visual merchandising, inventory, and payroll, and partner with the District/Area Manager to achieve KPIs. The role requires 3+ years in retail management and a passion for pop culture.

Qualifications

3+ years of retail management experience.
Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics.
Ability to execute visual merchandising standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment, coaching, development, and retention of a high-performing store team.
Own store financials: sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
Drive KPIs: conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and act as brand ambassador.
Oversee store operations: scheduling, cash handling, inventory, shipments, replenishment.
Execute visual merchandising and marketing campaigns, seasonal floor sets.
Support store events, pop-ups, openings, and community engagement.
