This role involves controlling resources including staff, merchandise, cash and budget, and stepping in as supervisor when the Store Manager is absent. As part of the team, you will support hiring, training and developing store personnel, manage inventory levels aligned with trends, and ensure compliance

Formación

• 1+ years of prior Retail Management experience, preferably in a premium specialty environment.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with arms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales budgets.
• Model Lindt standards and core competencies in daily activities.
• Motivate staff, monitor KPIs, and drive sales opportunities.
• Recruit, train and develop staff to brand and product standards.
• Oversee inventory control, cash handling and payroll/labor management.
