Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Orlando to lead a high-energy retail team and deliver a premium customer experience. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure daily operations meet Lindt standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires a strong sales background, ability to train staff, and adherence to quality and cash-control procedures. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and delegate effectively.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to district sales goals.
• Train and develop staff per Lindt guidelines to ensure knowledgeable, friendly service.
• Maintain operational controls: cash handling, POS, logs, quality procedures, and stock levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and represent the Lindt brand in every customer encounter.
