Job summary

Edgewood Tahoe Resort is seeking a dedicated Concierge to provide personalized guest service from arrival to departure. You will master the resort amenities, local attractions, dining options, and spa services to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with hotel departments, arranging reservations, tours, and transportation, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring the concierge desk is well-stocked with materials for guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with accurate and timely information regarding resort amenities, local attractions, dining options, spa services, and activities.
• Assist in arranging reservations, tours, and transportation.
• Anticipate guest needs, preferences, and special requests, ensuring personalized service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and front desk to meet guests' needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with timely, professional resolution.
• Assist with booking tickets for local attractions, shows, tours, and events.
• Answer the phone and take/ distribute messages or mail and redirect calls.
• Build rapport with customers and provide genuine guidance and support.
• Maintain well-stocked concierge desk with brochures and promotional items.
