Job summary

Edgewood Tahoe Resort seeks a Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxury spa, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will coordinate reservations, assist guests with treatments and spa packages, and maintain the elegant spa environment in line with Forbes Five-Star standards.

You will liaise with therapists and resort departments, handle payments securely, and uphold strict confidentiality of guest information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a luxury hospitality or spa environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in spa software systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Warm, professional, and polished presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet spa guests with a gracious, welcoming demeanor.
• Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, therapists, promotions, and wellness programs.
• Coordinate all spa reservations via phone, email, and in-person.
• Manage daily scheduling for spa therapists and ensure efficient appointment flow.
• Ensure reception area, retail displays, and waiting lounges are presented impeccably.
• Process payments, reconcile transactions, and handle billing inquiries with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with therapists, Spa Attendants, and other departments to ensure guest service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information per Forbes standards.
• Perform other related duties to support the team.
