Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating with hotel departments, arranging reservations, tours, and transportation, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring the concierge desk is well-stocked with materials for guests.

This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the resort's amenities, local attractions, and luxury services, with an emphasis on anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, striving to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with booking tickets for local attractions, shows, tours, and other events.
• Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls.
• Build rapport with customers and provide them with genuine guidance and support.
• Ensure the concierge desk is well-stocked with relevant materials, brochures, and promotional items for guests.
