The role requires an upbeat personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask during busy periods. Previous hospitality experience is a plus; familiarity with Guest Center (OpenTable) is beneficial.

• Keep entrance area organized and clean.
• Know menu, specials, and restaurant policies to assist guests.
• Relay guest preferences and requests to team members.
• Support front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
