Job summary

You will guide guests through menu offerings, provide wine and dietary information, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery while maintaining impeccable presentation and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in room service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and professional guest interaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros, Info-Genesis).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver room service orders accurately and promptly.
• Provide knowledgeable information on the menu, wine lists, and dietary options.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of room service trays.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and address special requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Follow room entry procedures to protect guest privacy and security.
• Adhere to health and safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock supplies and keep room service areas organized.
• Perform other related duties to support the team.
