Qualifications

• Ability to apply basic math skills.
• Ability to interpret and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Strong verbal and listening communication.
• Alcohol awareness training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory control and communicates needs to management.
• Reviews banquet schedule and events.
• Ensures compliance with liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicates guest requests to the department manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties, including cash handling and restocking.
• Stocks bar, serves beverages, assists with cost control and inventory records.
• Maintains flexibility to take on new tasks as directed.
