Qualifikationen

• 18+ years of age or older.
• 1+ year of related meat-cutting experience or training.
• Knowledge of product rotation, department sanitation, shrink awareness, and basic MS Office.
• Meat-cutting skills with saw and grinder.

Aufgaben

• Cuts, trims, and bones meat for display or per customer request.
• Operates meat department equipment (grinder, saw, slicer, sharpener, tenderizer).
• Weighs, wraps, and labels packages; rotates products.
• Maintains meat cooler storage and sanitation standards.
• Assists customers with product questions and selections.
• Records production in system and assists in technical areas as needed.
