Qualifications

• Age 18+.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Completion of power jack training.
• Meat cutter training and certification within 3 months.
• Meat-cutting skills and strong customer service.
• Knowledge of product rotation and department sanitation.
• Ability to operate equipment (grinder, saw, slicer).

Responsabilités

• Cuts, trims, bones meat for display or as ordered.
• Operates grinder, saw, knife sharpener, tenderizer, slicer.
• Weights, wraps, labels product for counter display.
• Rotates product in cooler; follows storage standards.
• Assists customers with product questions and selections.
• Cleans display cases; maintains sanitation and safety standards.
