Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• 1+ year of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of product rotation and department sanitation.

Responsabilités

• Cut, trim, bone meat for display or customer orders.
• Operate grinder, saw, sharpener, tenderizer, slicer.
• Weigh, wrap, label packages; rotate product in cooler.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Maintain display cases and follow safety standards.
