H-E-B in West Lake Hills, TX seeks a Meat Cutter to maintain a well-stocked department and provide exceptional customer service. You will cut, prepare, and merchandise fresh meat daily, while following safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include operating slicers and grinders, weighing and labeling products, and assisting customers with selections. Prior meat-cutting experience is preferred, with certification/licensing as applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related meat-cutting experience or training.
• Knowledge of product rotation, department sanitation and shrink awareness.
• Meat-cutting skills with saw, grinder, and related tools.
• Ability to use MS Outlook and basic office software.

Responsabilités

• Cut, trim, bone meat for display or customer orders per standards.
• Operate electric grinder, saw, sharpener, tenderizer, slicer.
• Weigh, wrap, and label packages for counter display.
• Maintain display cases and follow food safety regulations.
• Provide superior customer service and assist customers with selections.
