Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of related experience and/or training in meat department or food service.

Aufgaben

• Cuts, trims, bones meat for display or customer orders.
• Operates electric grinder, saw, knife sharpener, tenderizer, slicer.
• Weighs, wraps, and labels product for counter display; rotates product.
• Maintains proper storage and rotation in meat cooler.
• Assists customers with product questions and selections.
• Uses Telxon for production and assists in technical areas as needed.
• Cleans and sanitizes display cases and equipment; follows safety standards.
