Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Millsboro, DE is hiring for a Meat Department Team Member. You will assist Members with meat, poultry, and seafood selections, perform meat cutting tasks, and maintain sanitation and proper stocking in the department.

Qualifications

• Completion of a training program/apprenticeship required.
• Previous meat cutting experience required.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages with Members by making recommendations and answering questions about meat, poultry and seafood.
• Prepares special cuts of meat ordered by Members.
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards in the meat department.
• Rotates and inventories products and ensures proper labeling and signage.
