Responsibilities

• Engages with Members by answering questions on meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Prepares special cuts and performs meat processing to standards.
• Weighs, wraps, and labels meat products for sale.
• Maintains sanitation and safety across the meat department.
• Rotates stock and ensures proper inventory levels.
