Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by knowing products and Gucci heritage.
• Build relationships by capturing client data in CRM and following up on sales or requests.
• Maintain neat client books and organize understock/stock room.
• Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Support team through collaboration and uphold Gucci image standards.
