Hyde Park Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Runner for the Chase IAD Lounge at Dulles International Airport. This full-time role delivers food and beverage orders directly to guests, ensuring timely service and high quality in a premium lounge environment.

The position requires guest-service focus, active listening, teamwork, and the ability to handle a fast-paced setting; eligible for medical, 401K, PTO, and other benefits. Pay is $23.00 per hour with a typical 30-40 hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a positive guest experience and resolves complaints per policy.
• Acts as liaison between Front and Back of House staff.
• Communicates food orders to chefs, noting allergies and priorities.
• Assists with table settings and stocking tableware and napkins.
• Serves food and beverages promptly and safely.
• Checks in with guests and takes additional orders or refills water.
• Relays guest feedback or requests to the team.
• Maintains knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
• Removes dirty dishes and utensils as needed.
• Answers guests' questions about ingredients and menu items.
