Iconma LLC is recruiting a Hospitality Ambassador for the South San Francisco, CA location. This onsite role focuses on delivering a high-touch hospitality experience in Site Services, while collaborating with Security for secure campus access and dynamic daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years in corporate hospitality or luxury service, proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite, and the ability to learn visitor management and call center tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any field)
• 3-4+ years experience in corporate hospitality or high-end service (luxury hotel, retail, concierge, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Ability to learn new systems (visitor management, call center tools)

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing, onsite role within Site Services delivering high-touch hospitality while ensuring secure campus access with Security
• First point of contact in lobbies and support daily operations for 12,000+ employees, visitors and partners
• Front Desk / Lobby Operations; main contact for employees and visitors
• Provide high-level, professional service with a heart for service
• Handle inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and gracefully
• Partner with Security for access management and protect people/assets
• Manage visitor check-in, badge assignment, and host notifications
• Coordinate guest services, vendor deliveries, VIP interactions and special requests
• Support GNExpress delivery service and logistics, including parking placards and Clipper Cards
• Assist with projects and process improvements
