Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a dedicated Lobby Receptionist for our Wealth Management-focused Consumer & Community Banking division in Dallas. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, delivering a welcoming and professional lobby experience while coordinating check-ins, access, and office information.

You will partner with internal teams to ensure a safe, efficient in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in high-end reception, concierge, hospitality, or client-facing services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, welcoming presence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and manage varied personalities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work across different locations throughout the campus as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, register, and check in clients and visitors arriving for meetings and events within the JPMA office lobby/reception area.
• Provide concierge-level support by answering questions, giving directions, and sharing relevant office information.
• Support employees as needed (e.g., facilitating temporary access/badges when building access support is required).
• Follow all building and security procedures to maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment; proactively escalate concerns.
• Deliver first-class service by consistently exceeding lobby reception standards and anticipating needs.
• Prepare for daily activity by reviewing scheduled meetings and events using event and visitor management systems.
• Collaborate with partner teams to enhance the overall in-office and visitor experience.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks and service-improvement projects that raise team standards and support operational excellence.
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including early mornings or late evenings as business needs require.
