Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with accuracy and care.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulations.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; licenses required.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
