Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup, strike and operation of technical solutions in a hotel environment. You will deliver unmatched customer service to guests and clients from our Times Square base at the New York Marriott Marquis.

Ideal candidates bring a high school credential, exposure to audiovisual or hospitality settings, and solid computer hardware/software knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Exposure to audiovisual and/or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong computer hardware, software and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations, setup, strike and operation of equipment.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear instructions for equipment use.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
• Ensure inventory security and proper reporting of damaged items.
• Support ongoing technical skill development across audio, video, data, and networking.
