Visual Comfort Co. is a premier provider of decorative and architectural lighting products and related services. We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support order processing and post-sale tasks in a fast-paced environment in Skokie, IL.

The role emphasizes accurate order review, timely processing of web orders, returns management, and customer care via phone and email. Strong CRM and time-management skills, plus flexibility for weekend/extended hours, are valued.

Competenze

Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in Visual Comfort Customer Service, or equivalent experience.
Strong aptitude for navigating CRM and Order Management systems.
Experience in interior design, luxury home furnishings and/or lighting industry is a plus.

Mansioni

Manage a high volume of documents and review new orders daily.
Process web orders and handle returns efficiently.
Support customers via phone and email and escalate issues when needed.
Schedule and coordinate LTL pickups and communicate with customers.
Collaborate with team to ensure accurate order processing and problem resolution.
