Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Skokie, IL to manage a high volume of documents, review and process online orders daily, and resolve routine service issues while maintaining the company’s standard of excellence.

A strong focus on accuracy, communication, and teamwork will be essential. The role requires navigating CRM and Order Management systems, supporting customers by phone and e‑mail, and coordinating returns and pickups.

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• High school graduate; 2- or 4-year college preferred.
• Ability to navigate CRM and Order Management systems.
• Experience in luxury lighting or interior design is a plus.

Mansioni

• Process a high volume of sales documents and webs orders daily.
• Review new orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Process and manage returns efficiently.
• Schedule and contact customers for LTL pickups with timely communication.
• Handle routine customer inquiries by phone and email, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Participate in product and systems training to improve product knowledge and service levels.
