Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor living.
- Knowledge of landscape architecture, hardscaping, horticulture, and construction processes.
- Strong communication skills to present design concepts to non-technical clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle sales from lead generation to contract closing for design-build projects.
- Develop estimates, budgets, and proposals tailored to clients.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers for smooth handoffs.
- Manage a pipeline of prospects, conduct property evaluations, present solutions.
- Foster relationships with homeowners, managers, and partners to drive referrals.
- Negotiate terms and set expectations to ensure satisfaction.
